The iPhone 4S is almost identical in appearance to the iPhone 4 released back in 2010. However the added 'S' to this product line certainly gives Apple's latest smartphone some hefty new innards.
With the same dual-core A5 chip in the iPad 2, somehow fitting into the metal and glass chassis, the iPhone 4S' graphics processing power has been increased by about 7 times compared the previous model. Game to check out: Infinity Blade.
The already brilliant camera has also been recharged and now shoots 1080p HD video and for stills you can get 8MP shots, with all of the usual scene modes and editing abilities, plus access to the App Store for more photo editing goodies.
A review of the iPhone 4S wouldn't be complete without mentioning Siri. Although slightly unruly at first, Siri actually learns how you speak and notices patterns to improve upon itself. It's certainly not a new concept but we think Apple have almost nailed it in comparison to other voice recognition software apps from other manufacturers.
